Neveln has been recognized by the Minnesota Department of Education as a "Celebration Eligible school". What does this mean? It means that we are closing the achievement gap and making academic gains in math and reading that put us in the top 25% of Title I schools in Minnesota. We now have to apply to the state explaining all the things we have done to increase our math and reading scores. The Department of Education then decides if we will be recognized as a "Celebration School". WAY TO GO NEVELN STUDENTS AND STAFF!!
